Gold Springs - Nevada/Utah

The Gold Springs 60/40 JV is a volcanic hosted epithermal gold target within the prolific Great Basin Province form which ~6 million ounces of gold and ~8 million ounces of silver are produced annually.

●  Eight high priority targets containing rock chip samples of +1 gpt Au have been identified thus far
●  Two targets have seen limited drilling in the past. The drilling produced significant drill intercepts containing gold and silver.
●  Selected drill results

●  30.5 m @ 2.03 gpt Au and 12.3 gpt Ag
●  57.9 m @ 1.28 gpt Au and 13.9 gpt Ag
●  56.4 m @ 1.27 gpt Au and 12.7 gpt Ag
●  74.6 m @ 0.80 gpt Au and 15.4 gpt Ag

Canasta Dorada - Sonora, Mexico

Gold - widespread disseminated plus one gpt gold at surface.
Large land position within the middle of the Sonoran Gold Belt - 448 sq. km
